It's been 3 years since my gynecomastia surgery. It was also covered by insurance, so I had the gland tissue removed, and for cosmetic purposes I also had a radiofrequency procedure done at the same time. At first, wearing the compression garment was so uncomfortable, but I could bear it with the expectation that it would create a nice chest. The result is satisfying^^
