After getting forehead fat grafting, even on the first day, despite the swelling, I felt that something had gone wrong. It looked like they had not filled enough fat on the upper part near one eyebrow, because that area looked sunken. As the swelling went down, it looked more hollow and uneven. The clinic said the surgery went well and suggested a second round to add more, but that only made my forehead feel heavier, and the hollow area above the eyebrow stayed the same and still looked uneven.
