They were kind. The doctor and nurse in 2012 were kind too. Especially the nurses. I had double eyelid surgery with my mom. Right after the surgery, both of us had uneven eyes and irregular thickness. The fat on the eyelids was all over the place. My mom and I both ended up having revision surgery. It got better than before, but I still don't like it. It's non-incisional, but when I close my eyes, there's a bulging scar lump. My forehead was a little wide, but since I was young in my early 20s, they recommended a forehead lift and said there would be no scar. I went into surgery without a detailed explanation of the procedure (looking back, I realized it was mostly my fault for being stupid and not researching properly). When I lay on the operating table, I was scared because it was a bigger surgery than I expected. After the surgery, there is still a scar there, and hair does not grow there even now. The length of my forehead also did not get shorter, and now it seems like it was actually touched and became even longer. After this surgery, I painfully realized that all the things doctors say about there being no scars and being able to return to daily life right away are lies.
