This is a second re-operation. I went to the consultation already crying and mentally exhausted after hearing from the previous hospital that it was serious. The consultation manager suddenly started asking why I hadn't done a specific procedure and saying I should have, and kept drawing the line as well haha. I felt offended because she was so rude, and when I said something back she laughed under her breath haha. On the other hand, the consultation with the director was really good, which calmed me down. I can see there are also bad reviews, but I think it's a hospital worth getting a consultation at.
