First of all, if you put down a deposit, they won't refund it. And during the doctor consultation, they don't give a clear opinion. Their stance is more like, "It's subjective, if the individual wants it, then do it; if not, then don't," which I didn't feel was an appropriate answer from a doctor. The consulting manager also doesn't end up doing what the customer actually wants.
