If you do it here, you are really in for trouble. About 3 years ago I had a masseter reduction surgery, and it left me with sunken cheeks, which I have been struggling with ever since.. Neither fat grafting nor filler nor anything else can replace muscle.. Get Botox instead.. This cannot be reversed, and the director does not have the skill... really... The hospital did absolutely nothing for me afterward at all; it was pure neglect. Please be as cautious as possible when deciding on surgery.
