I had nose and forehead autologous fat surgery 7 to 8 years ago. Because I had a bulbous nose with thick, wide alae, I also wanted alar reduction, but they said if the bridge of the nose is built up, things can change, so it wouldn't be too late to decide on reduction after the surgery. The forehead turned out very well (only the center of my forehead was a little sunken, so I got 1 cc of filler last year), and the nose is very natural. Because they didn't touch the alae, it looks even more natural, but I do regret not doing everything at once. Still, I'm satisfied.
