I had double eyelid surgery and inner canthoplasty, and they said they would make it into an in-out shape that gets wider toward the back, but as time passed it became a hidden double eyelid. It was extremely natural, though. Nobody knew I had it done. The double eyelid done by incision method loosened after just one year, so I had to go in for a revision.
