As soon as I went in, the director turned my eyes this way and that while setting the line for me. They didn't even tell me whether it would be buried or incisional, and they didn't explain the condition of my eyes, so I didn't feel they were very kind. During the consultation with the manager, they asked for a deposit, and the amount was quite large, so I was taken aback. They said once you make a reservation, you can't cancel it either.
