I went for a consultation because I needed a revision after full nose removal surgery. First of all, the consultation fee was really expensive, and honestly the consultation itself was not especially different from other hospitals. But the director was the gentlest and warmest among all the directors I have met, and during the consultation he kept asking if I had any questions, explained things well, listened carefully, and was the only director who told me to use warm compresses to help loosen the scar tissue in my nose.
