I went there after finding it through blogs and YouTube. The consultation fee was 30,000 or 40,000 won... lol It’s famous for being insanely expensive, and after going I found out it really is expensive. The doctor gave a very detailed consultation, but only recommended autologous costal cartilage. He said they would thinly slice the autologous cartilage and use it for the bridge, the columellar strut, and the tip. They were also going to use silicone for the bridge. The price is very high. I think the doctor’s previous hospital was D____? People who had surgery there back then said their noses were still fine even after years, so there were only good reviews. But using costal cartilage for the tip too makes me worry it might be too hard, and it doesn’t seem like a very common method, so I’m hesitant. Since it’s a one-doctor clinic, it doesn’t feel factory-like and I think the aftercare would be good too. That part is satisfying!
