I prefer surgery without implants using only the septal and auricular cartilage, but I was also curious about autologous rib cartilage, so I made a consultation appointment. I wanted no implant, but they talked about inserting a 115 mm silicone implant and correcting the nasolabial angle, and the consultation was very detailed, with CT scans used to draw the expected surgical line and shape the nose line. I also consulted about my eyes, specifically about a tired-looking, deepening eye hollow, and they carefully went over the double eyelid line as well. I liked the consultation quite a bit, but the price was too high, and when I heard they would use silicone even though I was considering no implant, I hesitated and put it on hold.
