I went there through a friend's recommendation. When I consulted with the director, I wouldn't say he was extremely rude, but he spoke in a very forceful way, so it felt hard to ask questions or express doubts comfortably. The counselor was relatively kind. One thing I was curious about was that my friend said there were no discount events, so she paid the originally quoted price, but for me they applied an event discount and a friend discount, and the price dropped to almost half of the initial quote. My friend and I were consulting about almost the same surgery... I wonder if it depends on the coordinator. Here, for double eyelid surgery, they recommended incision plus skin removal, but at other hospitals they said buried sutures would be enough.
