I booked nose surgery after being moved by the kind consultation. Before the surgery, I got hyaluronidase because of the filler I had before. The director personally gave the injection, and that was touching up to that point. But I got a severe blue bruise on the bridge of my nose, right in the middle of my face. I urgently needed a serious response, so I wanted to at least meet the director and talk, but I never even got to see them I wasn't even asking for compensation, but I got hurt by how defensive they were, gave up on the surgery, and used my own money to go to a dermatology clinic and fix it. I still remember it
