Among the hospitals I've been to so far, this had the shortest consultation with the director. What surgeons say is all pretty similar, but compared to other places, the director's tone felt sharper. It was a bit expensive considering the student discount was applied. It wasn't exactly forced same-day booking, but they did keep bringing it up.
