I had it done last year. The consultation manager changed partway through, but the first one who handled me was really terrible. Even the tone of their KakaoTalk messages was so rude, and they’d turn anxious people into hypochondriacs They didn’t check properly and just did things carelessly. That person is gone now, so it should be fine. The other staff were mostly kind. Since it was non-open, I still don’t understand why my columella disappeared.
