I had a consultation in the order of manager - doctor - manager, and there was a bit of a wait. When the doctor came in to design the line, it didn't feel like he was strongly saying this is what you must do, and he let me choose everything. I wanted something clear, so I was a bit frustrated and asked, "So you're recommending this?" and then he explained it to me. The same went for whether or not to do the canthoplasty. Maybe it was because my eyes were just the kind that allowed everything, but for people who like clear answers, I think you should ask very directly. The manager was really kind, but there was a bit of pressure to leave a deposit.
