The director is very decisive. It's the kind of style where he clearly says no when something can't be done. The consultation was also thorough. But there was a little pressure to book on the same day, so I didn't really like that.. The coordinator herself wasn't bad, but the booking pressure was the issue The price was also quite high, more than I expected.
