I had Q-Ophil in my forehead and I was satisfied. But I didn't get the feeling that either the doctor or the head coordinator was very friendly ^^ What I did like, though, was that I have a style where my veins are hard to see when blood is drawn, so I went in expecting to be poked several times, but they got it on the first try... That was really nice.
