The doctor personally did the consultation, and it was reassuring because he pointed out exactly the parts I had always worried about. But the hospital facilities felt like a neighborhood clinic. The first graft was fresh fat and the second was frozen fat, but they didn't explain that it was frozen fat. In the end, I changed the second one to fresh fat too, and the extra cost went up.
