I had a consultation for eyelid fat grafting and double eyelid incision surgery. I liked that the consultation started with the doctor right away. But they didn’t separately design a double eyelid line for me, so I couldn’t really get a sense of it. He seems like someone who sticks to basic surgery. He recommended incision surgery. He said there’s no such thing as surgery that turns out naturally without looking obvious, that I’d end up needing revision surgery anyway, so we should just go with the standard approach. I’m still thinking about it.
