Everything from the overall consultation to the post-surgery instructions was kind, but I was disappointed because it didn't turn out the way I wanted. They said it was because my nose was so short and small, and I think part of it was also because I went straight there without consulting around at other places first. Still, they made a lot of effort on the things I was dissatisfied with after surgery
