I don't understand what the director says even when I listen. My trust dropped sharply after the consultation. The manager being friendly seems to be the only good thing. Looks like there really are comment workers after all. Can't trust the comments on other cafes. I've never seen someone explain things so badly. There aren't even any review photos. Only the fast recovery seems to be the one advantage.
