Since they said there was only one director and that I could book an appointment by paying a 20,000 won consultation fee, I made a reservation. I originally had one surgery in mind, but they recommended a different surgery, and I asked a few questions because I wanted to consider the surgery they recommended too. It was a procedure I hadn't thought about, so it was part of checking for myself and seeing whether it was a surgery I needed to do, not me doubting the director or stubbornly saying I wouldn't have surgery. But for some reason the director seemed irritated and ended the 4-minute consultation. The atmosphere wasn't bad at all, so it was completely unexpected ...
