Before the consultation, I paid 55,000 won total for the foreign body removal ultrasound and consultation fee. I first consulted with the manager and then with the doctor, but when he looked at my nose, he said it seemed like all the foreign material had dissolved, so there was no need to do the ultrasound, and I did not get it. When I asked what the surgery method was, since the surgery is famous for closed revision through cartilage repositioning, he said he could not tell me and that he would just do it well on his own. I was left wondering how I could trust someone with surgery if I did not even know the method. In the reviews, people said the director’s consultation was extremely thorough and they felt reassured, but when he consulted with me he was very cynical and it felt like I was being scolded. He seemed very confident in his own skill. After the director consultation, when I asked the manager again about the fee for not having the ultrasound, they said that because I did not have the ultrasound, they would not refund that cost. That part was pretty absurd.
