The director and the staff were all kind, and the director especially seems to have a really good personality. I went with a friend, and my friend said the director kept talking to them, telling them not to be nervous (?) and so they were able to get the procedure comfortably the whole time. It seems to have worked too, so I introduced a lot of friends there
