Both the consultation manager and the director were kind. I'm someone who can tolerate pain pretty well, but InMode was hard for me. It wasn't because it hurt, but because it felt hot.. As for the effect, since I only had it done once, it didn't last long, but about a week after getting it done, the effect of defining my facial line became visible. If I keep getting it regularly, I think the effect will be even better.
