They try to be very meticulous. The effect is only something you can tell yourself.. But if you keep doing this about three times, the effect is actually good.. I don't know about the others, but I went because the Shrink treatment was cheap. They don't try to push anything else. The wait was long, so that was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, nothing.
