Rather than the director, the coordinator strongly recommended donated rib cartilage. When I said I was thinking about autologous rib cartilage, they pressured me, saying donated rib cartilage was better. I don’t know why. The wait was incredibly long, a total of 1 hour just waiting. I was so worn out from waiting that I couldn’t really hear the director well. Still, they did explain things like nasal congestion and the columella, etc. But osteotomy was a bit of a concern. I don’t want osteotomy, so I’m putting it on hold for now.
