First, the chief manager was very kind, and the front desk staff were just okay. From the reviews, I had thought the doctor was someone good at making things look natural and refined, and after the consultation, it seemed like it might come out around the level I wanted. Since this is a revision surgery, the key is fixing the bent and sagging parts. They said the bent part would likely be corrected by about 40% because the bone is originally asymmetrical, and that the sagging part should get better with reconstruction. I wanted a custom implant and autologous costal cartilage, but the chief manager seemed to recommend donated rib cartilage more, and did not recommend the custom implant either.
