I had a consultation with the doctor for over 20 minutes. I asked a lot of questions, and he explained everything with a smile. He was kind and gentle, and spoke realistically without pushing anything too much. The consultation with the manager was disappointing. There was strong pressure to book the same day, and there was no mention of aftercare, CCTV, or anything like that unless I asked first.
