I went for a consultation because I was considering nose removal, and the director seemed to have a clear standard for what could and could not be done, which made it different from other clinics and a little surprising. But I listened to the consultation anyway. He suggested a direction that would change the shape as much as possible, but I hesitated because I didn't think that would help reduce my pain. Still, the doctor said that the discomfort in my nose was just my subjective feeling, which made things even more complicated, but it was good to be able to hear his opinion.
