I went in for a nose surgery consultation. They clearly told me what could and couldn't be done, but they were cynical. It seems the doctor has a very clear direction. The hospital was clean, and I liked the photos of the reviews the doctor showed me, so I'm torn, but the surgical direction isn't the direction I want, so I'm conflicted.
