I got a consultation for cleft lip, and I had two consultations in total. At the first consultation, they didn’t answer the questions I asked and seemed a bit annoyed, just showed me some photos and that was it. I couldn’t get a clear answer, so I had a second consultation. It was better than the first one, but I still couldn’t get a proper detailed explanation, which felt off. Still, the surgery method did make sense.
