I was looking for a hospital that would be as conservative and safe as possible, so the consultation with the doctor itself was good. At other hospitals, he said no clearly to things that were being pushed too aggressively or that I was wanting out of unnecessary greed. However, the person called the director was really insanely rude. Rude, sarcastic... I’m paying my own money to get cosmetic surgery, and there are plenty of other hospitals, so I had no desire to deal with someone like that. I didn’t even consider the hospital after that. It’s actually the first time I’ve ever excluded a hospital from the candidate list because of a staff member.
