I asked mainly about whether they could improve the eye shape I wanted and the symptoms I currently have. It wasn’t a consultation explaining the surgical method or the cause; they just answered yes or no when I asked. They said something that other places had said might be difficult could be improved right away, so I even made a reservation, but I canceled because I wanted to think it through carefully.
