I went in for a consultation for revision eyelid surgery, and they said they were famous for pursuing a low in-line and a natural line, so I went. There were review photos in the hospital lobby, and when I looked at them, most of the review photos also seemed to be in-lines overall. The director looked tired and tried to explain things in detail by drawing, but even that tiredness came through in the drawings... It was different from the direction I had thought of, so I didn't have the surgery, but he did explain the basic surgical process to me like a lecture.
