You can’t book in advance, and they told me to come in after 3 PM, so I went at 4:30 PM after making one phone call to check whether I could consult at that time that day. I consulted with the doctor first, then the manager, but I think I talked longer with the manager. So the consultation professionalism and my expectations for surgery couldn’t help but be low. Still, the reviews were so good that I wanted to do it here, but they recommended an incision method, which made me hesitate because I wanted the buried-suture method
