I was fine with the consultation itself, but the staff member who answered the phone was extremely rude. Every time I asked something, they just kept repeating, 'You can find out after the consultation.' I also value my own time, so I wanted to know the basic information over the phone before visiting, but they kept answering as if I had to come in for a consultation no matter what, which was so frustrating and off-putting.
