I had nose removal surgery here because of a bad surgery in the past. I remember it being done with a closed approach, and I strangely remember it being done under local anesthesia. I think I probably asked for local because I was anxious and wanted to confirm everything clearly while communicating. At the previous clinic, they had used Medpor as support without telling me, and after removing the rest, like ear cartilage and septal cartilage, they said if they removed the Medpor, the nose could collapse, so I was scared and decided to leave it in. Some columella retraction has progressed a bit, and the Medpor is still there now, so I'm looking for a clinic to remove it and do revision surgery. This was my own mistake for not choosing the earlier clinics carefully, so I don't really have much complaint about this clinic.
