It's only been 2 years since my nose surgery, but the nose-tilting phenomenon has already started to appear. I thought it wouldn't happen to me, that it couldn't be, but in the end I was diagnosed with nasal contracture; I need either to remove the silicone or have revision surgery, but I was worried because there don't seem to be many specialized clinics for revision rhinoplasty, and I didn't know any hospitals, so I got a recommendation from an acquaintance and visited for a consultation. The facilities aren't that great, but I thought the skill was good, so I booked the earliest possible surgery date and came back.
