From that point on, the real problem was that even though I liked the nasal tip shape and the reduced alar width, I really did not like how the silicone shape was visible through the bridge line, so I had it removed.. The surgery hospital said they could remove it too, but sigh.. I was worried they might recommend something else again, so I looked only for a hospital that specializes in removal and visited there. The consultation with the director was also very simple. They checked the implant and my nose, only talked about the removal, and did not talk about anything else at all. They did not even bring up reoperation, so I decided on this hospital and had the surgery. The director is not the very friendly type. But they only talked about the procedure I said was necessary, not trying to sell me anything, and explained things, so I ended up having the surgery.. After removing it, my nose did get lower, but there is no visible silicone, so I am even happier.. It may still shrink for a month or two and my nose may still change, but so far I am very satisfied.. I do not want to touch my nose again now..
