The doctor and the consultation manager were kind, but it just felt like I was being seen as a customer. They answered questions about the cost estimate, surgery schedule, deposit, and surgery details in a very matter-of-fact way, but there was no sense that they were adding explanations to make it easier for the patient to understand or showing interest.
