The consultation manager was proactive and kind, but the doctor had such a rough, casually tossed-off way of speaking that it felt like he was just skimming over things, and I didn’t feel like doing it. I felt like he probably wouldn’t really listen to my needs, so I’m holding off for now. The facility was clean and nice, and since it was a weekday the wait wasn’t long.
