I have rhinitis with symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and a heavy head, and I also wanted correction for a low nose bridge, a blunt nasal tip, and a dorsal hump, so I made a consultation appointment by phone for a week later. After booking, I got two reminder texts, and about 1.5 hours before the consultation, they called to confirm my visit. The person who gave me the phone guidance was kind. There are five doctors, and even after checking the website, I could not tell who to consult with, so after speaking with the director, they connected me with the doctor who would suit me. The director was kind and easygoing, not like the kind of plastic-surgery director character you see from some YouTubers, and I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. After speaking with the director, I was connected with Dr. Lee Ho-joon. I have severe complexes and hate being photographed, so I thought it would be really hard to go in with a photo wearing a headband for consultation, but I did not feel awkward at all. He was calm and answered my questions well. When I said that I felt my nose, which is my complex, seemed too long and that my alar base seemed too droopy, he said it was not really that bad objectively. He did not pressure me into surgery, and he identified the nose and facial impression I wanted to achieve through surgery, then explained the appropriate surgical method. Using autologous costal cartilage and the cartilage shaved from the dorsal hump as materials, he suggested slightly tying up the nasal tip, shaving the hump, filling it, and doing functional and aesthetic surgery for a deviated septum: 220 for functional surgery and 440 for cosmetic surgery. After the consultation, I watched the doctor's videos on YouTube and felt trust because he seemed to have a perfectionist personality and to be persistent about things he is interested in, and he also seemed to have very rich anatomical knowledge, so if I do have surgery, I think I would do it here.
