I got philtrum reduction here 4 years ago. Back then it was under 1 million won, but the price has gone up a lot... The surgery was under local anesthesia, and the doctor is truly kind and nice. But separate from the fact that the doctor is a good person, philtrum reduction itself is a surgery that inevitably leaves scars, and the lips get pulled up into an S shape or the philtrum area sticks out a bit (which is only natural since the skin is being pulled up) It feels a little fish-like from the side and like the lips protrude, but I am satisfied as long as I focus only on the fact that the philtrum length got shorter. Close-up selfies look pretty, but when I see photos taken by others, the mouth shape often looks triangular, which is embarrassing. Still, the mouth shape and the scars will probably be the same no matter which hospital you go to for philtrum reduction. If you really want philtrum reduction, I recommend this hospital!
