I was really torn about whether to do an internal philtrum reduction, but I don’t regret it. It’s been about 10 months since I had it done. A scar can’t be completely absent, there will definitely be one. But in my case, there’s a shadow under my nose so it’s barely visible. There’s about a 1 cm white scar just below the columella, but it isn’t long so it’s fine. It shows less if I put on makeup. The doctor was kind. But like in other reviews, the consultation manager seemed not great. My facial proportions are much better than before, so I don’t regret it. But I do not recommend the philtrum dimple. I had it done together and it had zero effect.
