I only had a consultation, so I don’t know what the surgical expectations would be. The review saying they answer conservatively is completely accurate. The range of possibilities is so wide, like it could be this or could be that, that it’s hard to decide right away. On the other hand, my first surgery clinic showed me with a cotton swab how it would look, but since it ended up too high and pointed, I preferred the consultation over doctors who are absolutely certain. They also explained other procedures to consider later, so it wasn’t bad. It’s a clinic I went to for a second consultation.
