The director personally wrote on my chart to assess my condition and showed me photos of various surgeries they had performed. They seemed to be very safety-conscious, which was reassuring, but it can also be a bit ambiguous from the patient's perspective.. Still, it felt more like a hospital than a plastic surgery clinic. I ended up having surgery at another clinic, but this place was still one of my final candidates! I don't really remember much about the consultation manager because the conversation was short.
