They explained very well the parts I was worried about and the parts that bothered me, and showed me surgery photos to explain the cases that could happen with my nose. If I had been thinking about removal, I would have had surgery with this director, but I ended up leaning more toward revision rather than removal, so I couldn't go ahead ㅠㅠㅠ ..
